Buy or Sell: Rams are the worst draft pickers?

Sure, they got a nice deal with Bradford. But look at were Jason Smith, Adam Carriker, Tye Hill, and Alex Barron ended up. Most of there first round picks are irrelevant or don't play with the team anymore.
