Did we both see differenth ghosts? The same ghost? Or is she making stuff up?

One Halloween I was walking around with my sister and I saw a man with a hoodie and a cap on, not uncommon, but he started to cross the street, I looked away for a second, and when I looked up again there was no one there. I told my sister what I saw and she said she saw it too, but when she pointed where, she pointed to a different crosswalk. Then, a couple of days later I asked her what he was wearing and she said a jean jacket. So I told her I saw a man wearing a hoodie and a cap and she said, "Oh yeah, that's what he was wearing." When I accused her of making it up she said, "I just forgot..."
