Does anyone remember that rugrats episode called "Sand Ho"?

It was near the end when Angelica and the babies were playing pirates. As Angelica was about to make Tommy walk the plank (in their imagination), Didi comes out and scolds Angelica and sends her inside. Why did she scold Angelica and send her inside? I am sure they were just playacting.
