I am 5'5, weigh 150lbs, andwant to lose 24lbs. How can I do this quickly but safely? I'm a very fussy eater
I don't like vegetables other than carrots, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower. I do like most fruit but not pineapple or mango. Anyone able to help me? I used to be 9stone and was happy healthy and fit. Unfortunately finding motivation to go to the gym is difficult as I've been ill recently so haven't felt up to it but I feel part of my lethargy may be because im not doing anything. If anyone has any tips on what I can eat that will help me lose weight faster it would help a lot. Also any exercises that tone rather than build muscle as i have big thighs anyway.
