I told a guy I liked him...and now this?!?

I told a guy I liked him, and I have for a little while. He responded by saying, "Yeah I know I'm pretty irresistable, hot, y, smart, funny, and totally modest and humble." So I laughed, and it blew over. Now we're texting about school somehow. Does this mean he doesn't like me?
