There's some bad things being said about me in the form of a cha cha question,anyone know how to remove it?

It is the first search result that comes up when you google my name and I already tried contacting google and they said they couldn't remove it.I tried emailed cha cha but they have not replied or done anything,its defaming in somewhat of a ual nature but they are not using profanity in any way.I have a unique last name so I know its referring to me specifically.I am worried people that will try to look me up will see it as well as potential employers.any ideas?
