What foods to eat and exorcises to do to build thigh muscles.?

I dont know your fitness level, but im going to recommend some great lower body workouts that will firm your bum and build leg muscle(dont worry you wont look like a bodybuilder). First, Squats-they are amazing and thats the most effective exercise for your goals. If you can do weighted ones ,great , other wise you can still do the regular squats. Make sure you keep your back straight and squat away. Next is, if you can handle it is sprinting. A lot of people dont know this but sprinting will sculpt your lower body like no other exercise. Keep in mind it is hard work. For foods, stay away from junk food and drink lots of water. You dont want to gain fat. Hope this helped.
