I have email problems?

I have antivirus software and I have friends saying I am sending them bogus emails and I am not. I have already changed pword. My yahoo acc. has my email as primary and an unfamiliar as secondary but I do not know how to remove. what should I do to stop emails going out under my name. I am the only user of my computer.
