Does she like me as more than a friend?

Sounds like she doesn't want to admit 'liking' you because of the fear that you wont like her. Just ask her out on a date to be sure if she likes you or not. Try and make her feel as comfortable as possible when asking her this, you don't want to ask her and get a false answer because she is scared/uncomfortable.
