Whats it like going through court? (Child access related)?

I am like 13 and i have court next week. Its trippy to see this because it is almost the same exact thing that i am going threw. Even the keeping him from them part. The only thing i can recommend is to ask your kids if they miss there dad. If not your doing the right thing for them there's a great possibility you will win. And your a mom so again that's a big thing they look at. Also if you have Sole custody then its most likely they will side with you. Just watch your back on every thing and make sure you have all your facts correct even think about any negative things you have EVER said to him or about him to the kids or even in front of them. Not saying you ever had.Just really ask them there opinion. It makes a difference. That's honestly all i can tell you. Hope it all goes well.
