A Consurned Friend...?

I have a this friend and her name is Kasey. She has a Ganglion Cyst in wrist. I Know that it can not be a good thing at all. I mean it just sounds dangerous. But my question to all the people out there is, how do I convince her, even though she is scard to do it, that she really needs to get the surgery to get it out? I acully have a second question. How bad is a Ganglion Cyst, and how much worse is it that it is in her wrist?
